We are providing comprehensive client-side project management and contract administration for a multi-million-pound private estate redevelopment. The scheme includes construction of new ultra-modern residences, refurbishment of a listed water tower, and development of estate features such as a pool and pool house, car gallery, walled garden and forestry barn. Active oversight ensures design consistency, regulatory compliance, quality control, and cost control throughout.

We provided full client-side project management for the development of 40 new hotel rooms within an existing building. The scope included contractor and trade coordination, material and finishes management, statutory compliance, programming and cost control — ensuring consistent communication and delivery from pre-construction to completion.

Client-side project management for a new-build café at a heritage site in Hampshire. Responsibilities included design coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management, resulting in a practical, high-quality space tailored to the site’s operational needs.

In the esteemed Montevetro Building in London, we were responsible for the structural restoration and finishing touches of a penthouse flat, ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship. We also undertook a challenging yet rewarding project, transforming an 1825 cottage into a contemporary family home.

We successfully orchestrated a highly complex project that involved restoring and renovating a lending institution owned waterside apartment. Our tactful strategy encompassed noise management, debris disposal, and shared space protection. Rigorous daily procedures ensured that all waste materials were promptly removed via a standby truck. To prevent damage, lifts and hallways were outfitted with protective lining, followed by a thorough daily clean-up. Despite the need for major structural modifications, carrying out the project unobtrusively was crucial, making the extensive construction work virtually invisible to the surrounding community.

Water Tower – Heritage Refurbishment and Conversion

Set within a tranquil woodland, this landmark water tower is currently being expertly refurbished and converted into a distinctive luxury residence.

Originally constructed in the early 20th century, the tower’s solid brick structure and unique form have been retained and celebrated, while its interiors have been reimagined to meet the highest standards of modern living.

This project showcases how historic buildings can be transformed into exceptional, energy-efficient dwellings that honour their architectural legacy while delivering the comfort and specification expected in a high-end property.

14-Unit Residential Conversion – Local Authority Client

For this local authority project, we converted a dated 14-bedsit property into 14 modern, self-contained flats. Our team managed the full project lifecycle – from initial design and planning, through building regulation compliance and contract administration, to final handover.

The refurbishment improved both sustainability and energy efficiency, incorporating renewable energy measures to create comfortable, future-ready homes.

Anderwood Drive – Hampshire (Nearing Completion) Turnkey delivery of three new-build bungalows in Sway, Hampshire. Now in the final stages, the project has been supported with full on-site and client-side project management from start to finish. This has included trade appointment and coordination, program management, and quality assurance – all focused on achieving a high-quality finish and a seamless handover.
