We are providing comprehensive client-side project management and contract administration for a multi-million-pound private estate redevelopment. The scheme includes construction of new ultra-modern residences, refurbishment of a listed water tower, and development of estate features such as a pool and pool house, car gallery, walled garden and forestry barn. Active oversight ensures design consistency, regulatory compliance, quality control, and cost control throughout.
Oak Framed Home
We recently delivered a fully bespoke oak-framed home, designed and built to reflect our client’s exact requirements. From securing planning permission and coordinating specialist trades to overseeing every stage of construction, we provided a complete, end-to-end service.
